1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.hellocareers.org (the “Platform”) and all related services, content, and programs offered by [Hello Careers Foundation] (referred to as “Hello Careers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY
- Competence to Contract: Use of the Platform and Services is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Minor Users: If you are under the age of 18 (a minor), you may use the Services only with the involvement, guidance, and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. The parent or guardian will be responsible for all actions and payments made on the Platform.
3. SERVICES AND DISCLAIMER
- Nature of Services: Hello Careers provides guidance, information, assessments, and coaching. These are advisory services meant to simplify career choices and guide students.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee admission into any specific educational institution, a specific career outcome, or a defined level of success. All recommendations and roadmaps are based on data, psychometric results, and expert opinion, but the ultimate success depends entirely on the user’s execution, effort, and external market factors. Hello Careers is not liable for any user action taken or not taken based on the guidance provided.
- Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, the information provided (e.g., college lists, entrance exam details) is subject to change by external bodies. Users are responsible for verifying all critical information independently.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- Fee Structure: The fees for all Services are as listed on the Platform and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Hello Careers.
- Third-Party Payment Gateway: We use third-party payment service providers, such as Razorpay, to process payments. You acknowledge and agree that Hello Careers is not responsible for any delays, errors, or issues that may arise within the systems of the third-party payment gateway.
- No Refund: By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy, as separately published on the Platform.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE RESTRICTIONS
- Ownership: All proprietary content, psychometric assessment modules, reports, digital resources, workshop materials, text, graphics, trademarks, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of Hello Careers and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Prohibited Use: Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works from any part of the Service or content without explicit written permission from Hello Careers.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. TERMINATION
Hello Careers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to failure to make payment or misuse of the Platform content.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Hello Careers’ total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service from which the claim arose. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hello Careers and its employees/coaches from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [CITY OF JURISDICTION, Mumbai, India].
